Valencia CF goalkeeper Miguel Ángel Moyá believes Los Ché need to make up for missed opportunities when they face SK Slavia Praha at the Eden Stadium in UEFA Europa League Group B tonight.

Winning desire
The 25-year-old felt Unai Emery's team deserved to win the previous encounter between a fortnight ago when Riste Naumov and David Navarro were on the scoresheet in a 1-1 draw. The result left Valencia in second place, two points behind group leaders LOSC Lille Métropole and two ahead of Genoa CFC with Slavia bottom of the pile. "We're going for a win as we didn't achieve that at Mestalla," Moyá explained. "With all due respect to our opponents, we dominated the game two weeks ago. We had more opportunities but couldn't convert them all, but that's football and our sport is one you play on a game-by-game basis."

Goals sought
Despite picking up their first Group B point against Valencia, morale within Karel Jarolím's Slavia squad is low, with the team enduring a domestic run of three defeats from their last four league matches. In contrast, their Spanish opponents, who sit fourth in the Liga, are on a high having won their last three games in all competitions, and should they find their scoring touch in Prague, Moyá feels that run can be extended. "We needed to be more assured in our finishing than in the first game against Slavia," he said. "Had we been we'd be talking about things differently now. The key to this second match will be in finding the net before they do."

No slip-ups
Club veteran David Albelda, meanwhile, suggested focus would be required on Thursday evening should Valencia wish to avoid suffering a first defeat against Czech opposition. "We need to be calm," the defensive midfielder said. "We can come close to finishing off qualification for the next round of the Europa League, but if we lose we will make things trickier for ourselves. We don't want to be going into our last two group games feeling anxious."
