European teams competing in the FIFA Futsal World Cup are bound by the regulations drawn up by world football's governing body. The official final tournament regulations can be accessed via fifa.com.
Qualifying
For the European qualifying competition, the regulations for are initially drawn up by the UEFA Administration before being submitted to the Futsal Committee. They are then forwarded upon that committee's approval to the UEFA Executive Committee for ratification.
